I am an ACCPH registered coach who can help you explore what you are currently experiencing in life, the path it is that you want to follow and identify the steps needed to get you there.​

With a background in education and performing arts, I see you and your unique situation as a whole, using skills and techniques to help you move forwards towards your goals. Together we work with what you bring to the session in the context of your over-arching goals.
Each confidential and non-judgemental session is there to help you navigate life's challenges in a safe and supportive environment at your own pace.
